On 11 September 2025, the Nudging2Move partnership convened in Alpiarça, Portugal, for its second Transnational Project Meeting (TPM2). Hosted by the Municipality of Alpiarça and Tero PC at the House of the Patudos – Alpiarça’s Museum, the meeting brought together representatives from all partner organisations for a full day of structured review and forward planning.
The agenda provided a comprehensive overview of project progress to date, addressing key achievements, challenges encountered, and priorities for the coming six months. Each of the project’s five work packages was presented in turn, covering objectives, task progress, partner responsibilities, and planned deliverables. Dedicated sessions addressed the definition of the behavioural milieu (WP2), the design and implementation of nudges (WP3), monitoring and evaluation frameworks (WP4), and dissemination activities through the Active Mobility Discovery Process (WP5). Work package presentations were followed by open discussion, allowing all partners to contribute to the planning of next steps.
The meeting concluded with a plenary discussion involving all partners, reinforcing the collaborative spirit that underpins the project. The Nudging2Move consortium expresses its appreciation to the Municipality of Alpiarça for the warm welcome and the organisation of this productive gathering.
